Thanks for registering for our Q3 Planning Webinar – setting your Plans for the first 90 Days of 2025
I appreciate your support and am looking forward to a very interactive session.
To get the most out of the online Workshop and to make it happen in a very tight 2-hour timeframe, my suggestion is that you do some thinking prior to the session. For this reason, we have a provided an editable PDF Workbook so you can either type directly into it or print it out and write directly on it – “old school”.
The details are in the Workbook but here is a quick summary:
1. Review your AOP and existing Q2 Plan looking for priorities
2. Complete some Diagnostics on your business (links below)
3. Do a quick Issues Review ie. stop, prop and reflect on the key issues in your business at the moment – make notes.
4. (OPTIONAL) Review your Financials – discuss with your Accountant, if required.
Diagnostics:
At SHIFFT, we have a range of business and personal Diagnostics to review different elements. Each Diagnostic involved answering 20-25 questions using a rating scale. You do not need to divulge any commercially sensitive information and all results are confidential to yourself and Russ Cummings.
