1. What happens in a 1:1 coaching session?

Each coaching session runs for 1–2 hours and is focused on your most important strategic and operational issues. We’ll use proven frameworks and tools to help you solve challenges, set priorities and build confidence in your decisions.

2. What are Learning Sprints?

Learning Sprints are short, focused 6-8 week online programs (3–4 per year) designed to build capability in key areas such as leadership, execution and strategy. They combine structured content with practical exercises so you can apply what you learn straight away. They are a combination of online training, supported by weekly webinars and group calls to answer questions, build on content and engage with other business leaders.

3. How do the weekly Momentum Calls work?

Momentum calls are short (15 minutes), structured check-ins that keep you accountable to your priorities. They help maintain focus and ensure you’re making consistent progress week by week. They are weekly (or fortnightly) in cadence and are at a set time each week. This is all agreed with you in advance.

4. What is a Mastermind Groups?

A Mastermind Groups is a structured, peer-based coaching and accountability program for business leaders and owners who want to execute better, think clearer and perform at a higher level.

Each Mastermind Group runs for 12 months and brings together a small group of like-minded leaders (6 or more participants) to share insights, solve challenges and stay accountable.

5. What is involved in the Annual Planning Sessions and Quarterly Strategy Days?
The annual Strategic Planning Session sets your vision, annual plan and cascading 90-day priorities. Quarterly Strategy Days review progress, tackle the strategic issues that matter most and reset priorities for the next 90 days.

6. How much time do I need to commit?

On average, you’ll spend 3–5 hours per month in structured coaching, calls or workshops. Additional time may be needed to implement actions, depending on your goals and your participation in learning sprints and/or masterminds.

7. How does pricing work?

All services are provided on a fixed-price monthly retainer - payable monthly in advance. There are no long-term contracts — just two months’ notice if you choose to cancel.

8. Do I get access to tools and resources?

Yes. All clients have access to our online Resource Centre, which includes over 150 business tools, 25 online courses, and a dedicated coaching platform.

9. How do you track progress?

We set up a simple dashboard at the start of your program and use a traffic-light system to measure progress against your plans. This makes it easy to see what’s on track, what needs attention and where to focus next.
