What’s The Process?

Pre-work

Before our Planning meeting, we will send you some pre-work in the format of a series of practical and thought-provoking diagnostics for you and your team to complete so we can understand the current state of your business, readiness for change, pinpointing key opportunities and issues. Each diagnostic allows you to benchmark your business against global averages. We will also complete simple analyses of your finances and digital marketing assets.

OVERALL BUSINESS

We will use a range of online Diagnostics to identify issues and opportunities in your business ranging from marketing to sales to operations to people and profits.

FINANCE & PROFITS

A Financial Analysis of your trading figures looking at margins and profits.

DIGITAL MARKETING

A review of your current website and social media activity.

We will then get you to do some essential planning pre-work so that we maximise the time during our workshop. You will complete some simple online forms supported by detailed video instructions.

Diagnostics Results

Using the results from the diagnostics and prework, Russell will facilitate a 2-hour meeting to help you complete a NOW-WHERE-HOW analysis to:

Understand what’s working and what’s not in your business NOW

WHERE

Clarify WHERE you want to be in the future based on your vision for the business

HOW

Determine the 3-4 key strategies on HOW to get there and the actions you need to take to make it happen

You will walk away with a clear and concise report on the current state of your business outlining a summary of your health check results, recommended strategies and actions to solve immediate problems and prepare your business to achieve future goals.

Our Program doesn’t end at the Planning Session as we want to assist you in the Implementation Phase through access to our online Accountability Prompts and comprehensive range of free Business Resources.

Of course, we are also available to provide on-going coaching and accountability support, if required. This is an additional investment.
